STUDIO THREE JEWELS
3-Day After-Care Integration Ritual
%20buddhism.jpg)
The session ends—but your healing continues. Whether you’ve just received Reiki, sat in a sound bath, experienced a deep meditation, or moved through breathwork or ritual, the work doesn’t stop at the closing bell. The body, mind, and spirit continue to process what was stirred, softened, released, or revealed.
That’s why I encourage a conscious 3-day window of aftercare. A sacred pause. A soft landing. An invitation to support your system in integrating what has begun.
This is not recovery—it’s remembrance.
Here are a few gentle practices to guide your post-session days:
For three days, treat yourself like sacred ground.
Move gently.
Eat mindfully.
Hydrate fully.
Be with whatever arises—not to fix it, but to witness it.
This is your 3-day ritual of return.
Your integration is your medicine.
With love,
Carlyn Georgina

1. Hydrate with Presence
Water supports energetic flow, emotional clearing, and physical detoxification. Sip caffeine-free herbal tea, add lemon or mint to your water, and drink slowly and often. Hydration helps the healing process stay fluid and embodied.
2. Make Time to Rest
Don’t rush back into getting busy. Your nervous system is rebalancing. Give yourself tech-free pockets of time. Walk slowly. Stretch gently. Cancel what you can. Sleep early. Rest isn’t laziness—it’s integration.
3. Eat to Support Your Energy
For these three days, try to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy or processed foods. Choose meals that feel grounding and alive: leafy greens, broths, fruits, roasted vegetables, and teas. This isn’t a diet—it’s a devotion to your healing.
4. Let Emotions Flow
You may cry. You may laugh. You may feel a deep stillness—or sudden unrest. Healing makes room for all of it. Don’t analyze. Don’t suppress. Breathe into the feeling and let it move through. Trust that whatever is surfacing has wisdom in it.
5. Be Present
Check in with your body often. How are your shoulders? Your legs? Your jaw? Let awareness be your practice. Mindfulness isn’t always about stillness. It’s about staying in relationship with the now.
6. Welcome Detox
Headaches, body aches, fatigue, digestive shifts—these are sometimes part of the body’s clearing process. You’re letting go of more than you know. If discomfort arises, meet it with water, warmth, and rest. And of course, seek medical care if needed.
7. Stay Curious
The work isn’t always immediate. Some insights unfold slowly. Journal if you like. Meditate. Ask questions. Trust the process. Reach out if you need support—healing is better if not navigated alone.
