Terms & Conditions

1. Services Offered:
Three Jewels offers holistic services including (but not limited to):
* Reiki and energy healing sessions
* Meditation and mindfulness instruction
* Divinity and spiritual studies
* Breathwork and embodiment practices
* Events, workshops, and private ceremonies
These services are intended as supportive, complementary wellness tools and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
2. Client Responsibility:
By booking a session or attending a class, you affirm that:
* You are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
* You will inform your practitioner of any relevant health conditions, limitations, or accommodations you may need.
* You will consult a healthcare professional for any medical or psychiatric conditions as needed.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality:
We hold all personal information and conversations in strict confidence, in accordance with ethical standards and applicable privacy laws. Your trust is sacred, and we do not share, sell, or misuse your information.
4. Payment & Booking:
* Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
* Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash (in-person only).
* Sliding scale options and scholarship spaces may be available for select offerings—please inquire respectfully.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We honor your time and ask that you honor ours.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee, and no-shows may be charged in full.
* Exceptions for emergencies will be handled with compassion, on a case-by-case basis.
6. Accessibility & Special Arrangements:
* Our ground floor is wheelchair accessible; however, the second floor is not.
* Many sessions can be scheduled in the accessible space.
*In-home sessionsmay be available for clients with mobility needs or other considerations—please reach out to discuss.
7. Code of Conduct:
This is a sacred space. We ask all clients and guests to uphold values of respect, inclusivity, and presence. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
8. Changes to Offerings or Policies:
We reserve the right to modify offerings, session formats, pricing, or policies at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated clearly and respectfully.
9. Intellectual Property:
All content on our website and in our teaching materials including text, design, and visuals is the property of Three Jewels and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
